Frank delivers exceptional value to Holman with more than 25 years of leadership and automotive experience. After nearly 15 years with CSX, a publicly traded rail transportation company where he held multiple executive roles in audit, finance, investor relations, procurement, and supply chain management, Frank began his career with Holman in 2015. Throughout his impressive tenure with Holman, Frank has held numerous progressive leadership roles across a variety of operating divisions including product management, procurement, real estate, crisis management, innovation, and strategic planning to name just a few. In 2021, Frank returned to his retail automotive roots, an area where he spent the first seven years of his professional career, to serve as Holman’s Senior Vice President of Aftersales.
Today, as the President of Retail Automotive, Frank provides strategic oversight for Holman’s family of dealerships. In this role, Frank ensures the company’s customer engagement strategy and automotive service offerings consistently evolve to align with the needs of Holman’s customers. Leveraging his extensive operational expertise and understanding of the automotive industry, Frank empowers the company’s retail dealerships to optimize the sales and service process while also ensuring Holman continues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
A graduate of Florida State University, Frank earned his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees as well as his Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management. Additionally, Frank has served in an advisory capacity for several large universities, helping to shape the curriculum for the schools’ supply chain management programs. Frank also spent a number of years on the Board of HandsOn Jacksonville, a non-profit organization coordinating volunteer efforts and mobilizing resources for non-profit projects throughout the region.
Frank currently resides in Medford, NJ with his wife Constance and their two children and serves as a coach for several youth sports and as the Commissioner of the Medford Youth Soccer program.

Salvo Sparacio serves as Senior Vice President of Aftersales at Holman Automotive, a position he has held since 2019. As VP of Aftersales, Salvo oversees aftersales across all Holman dealerships, driving the strategic vision, and strengthening the company through servant leadership.
An automotive enthusiast with over 30 years of experience, Salvo began his career as a technician at Holman BMW in 1994, working in that role for six years before being promoted. He has held several leadership roles at Holman including Service and Parts Directors, BMW and Mini Fixed-Ops Director, and his current role as VP of Aftersales.
Salvo’s drive and passion for the automotive business stems from his love of cars as a youth and his vision to make a mark in the industry. His extensive expertise in the automotive industry, combined with his leadership approach, have been pivotal in driving Holman’s success in the aftersales sector. In his free time, Salvo enjoys racing go-karts with his son and relaxing on his farm. He is happily married with three children and a Corgi named Nico.

Petter Witt serves as Senior Vice President of Retail Central Services & OEM Operations at Holman, a role he assumed in 2024. Since joining Holman in 2017 as Vice President of the Northeast Automotive Platform, Petter has held several key executive positions, including Senior Vice President of Aftersales and Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Development and Industry Relations. His leadership in these positions has been pivotal in driving growth and operational excellence across the organization.
Prior to joining Holman, Petter spent 18 years at BMW where he served as Executive Vice President of Operations and Board Member for BMW of North America. He also held a few international roles with BMW including CEO of BMW Sweden and Sales Director for Africa, the Caribbean and Eastern Europe, overseeing operations across 47 countries.
Petter’s deep expertise in both the global automotive industry and retail automotive sector provides him with a unique and sophisticated perspective that has been instrumental in enhancing Holman’s strategic initiatives and operational success.

With more than three decades of extensive leadership and industry experience, Charles provides unparalleled automotive expertise to Holman in his role as Senior Vice President of Sales Operations. Since joining the organization in 2024, Charles’ profound understanding of the industry, keen business acumen, and proven ability to lead large, complex sales operations have been invaluable to the continued success and growth of Holman’s retail automotive division. Today, Charles oversees sales operations across the company’s entire family of dealerships which includes more than 60 retail locations across nine states.
Prior to joining Holman, Charles spent more than 30 years with the BMW Group where he held a number of progressive leadership roles across several key areas of the company including information technology, aftersales, and sales operations. Additionally, he was a member of the team that launched BMW Financial Services NA during his impressive tenure with the organization, having led both sales and marketing as well as national used vehicle operations.
Charles earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the New Jersey Institute of Technology along with an MBA from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management. Charles prides himself on his exceptional leadership skills and ability to ensure Holman’s culture of service excellence continues to thrive and delivers a truly extraordinary automotive retail experience to customers nationwide.

Erik Palm serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance for Holman’s retail automotive division, overseeing all financial aspects of the organization’s extensive family of dealerships across the United States. Erik joined the organization in 2023 as Vice President of Finance for the company’s manufacturing and distribution division. Since then, his scope of responsibility grew to also include financial oversight for Holman’s upfit, powertrain, commercial vehicle equipment, small business solutions, and insurance divisions.
Prior to joining Holman, Erik spent more than 20 years in various financial leadership roles in large, publicly traded transportation and services companies. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston College and an MBA from Northwestern University. Erik’s exceptional financial acumen and innate leadership traits continue to be invaluable across the entire organization, helping to ensure sustained growth and profitability.
