 | Joseph S. Holman - Chairman of the Board, Director. Mr. Holman has been with the organization since his graduation from Princeton in 1950. His father, the late Steward C. Holman, founded the Holman organization in 1924. |
 | Melinda K. Holman - Vice Chairperson, President and Chief Executive Officer, Director. Ms. Holman joined the Company in 1986. She worked in various positions in Company dealerships, including General Manager. She holds a B.S. degree from the College of William and Mary and a Master's degree from Old Dominion University. Ms. Holman assumed the duties of President of Holman Enterprises, Inc. on February 1, 2002, and in May 2004, assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer. |
 | William J. Cariss - Vice President. Mr. Cariss has been with the Company since 1984, beginning his career at ARI. He has worked in various management capacities in retail operations since 1996. He is currently responsible for oversight of all retail operations. Mr. Cariss received a B.S. in Business Administration from Messiah College and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine. |
 | Robert R. Campbell - Vice President-Finance/Assistant Secretary. Mr. Campbell has been with the Company since 1977 in a variety of accounting and finance positions including dealership Controller and ARI's Vice President of Finance. Mr. Campbell is a C.P.A. and graduated from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Campbell is responsible for the financial matters of the Company. |
 | Angelo J. Nori - Vice President. Mr. Nori has been with the Company since 1986, during which time he has held various sales management and General Manager positions. Mr. Nori was appointed the General Manager of the Lincoln Mercury dealerships in 1996 and Ford dealerships in 2007. In 2010, Mr. Nori was promoted to the position of Vice President and Supervisor of Northern Dealership Operations. Mr. Nori graduated from La Salle University in 1979 with a B.S. in Accounting and Marketing. |
 | Glenn A. Gardner - Vice President. Mr. Gardner is a graduate of Villanova University with a B.S. degree in accounting. Mr. Gardner worked for Curtis Circulation and Amerigas Corporation prior to joining the company in 1983. During his tenure, Mr. Gardner has served as Assistant Controller, Controller, and General Manager of a Holman Dealership. He was promoted to the position of Vice President of Southern Dealership Operations in 2002. |
 | Katherine Andreola Mullin - Vice President and General Counsel, Assistant Secretary, Director. Ms. Mullin received her B.A. from Mt. Holyoke College in 1977 and her J.D. from Santa Clara Law School in 1982. Formerly a partner with the law firm Whitmore, Kay & Steven in Palo Alto, California, Ms. Mullin joined the Company in June 1991. |
 | Frank H. Beideman - Vice President of Resource Development, Director. Mr. Beideman joined Holman Automotive in 1981. He worked in Dealership Operations, holding various positions in sales management through 1991. Mr. Beideman was appointed Vice President/General Manager of Saturn of Mount Laurel in 1992. He was appointed Vice President/General Manager of Saturn of Turnersville in 1993, of Saturn of English Creek in 1996, and of Holman Motorcars and Holman Infiniti in 1999. In 2006, he became Vice President of Resource Development of Holman Enterprises, Inc. |
