As a 2007 addition to Holman, this dealership already embraces customer satisfaction. The staff embraces the spirit of customer satisfaction and they quickly won the top award from BMW.

The 2010 Center of Excellence Award was awarded to only 24 out of the 338 BMW dealers nationwide. Selection was based on the criteria of customer satisfaction, outstanding brand representation and operational excellence. Years Won: 2010
 
Holman Cadillac

Since joining the Holman family in 2007, Holman Cadillac has won General Motor's top award for customer service every year since.
 The General Motors Mark of Excellence Master Dealer Award is awarded to less than 10% of Cadillac dealers nationally. Winning stores must excel in all areas of sales, customer satisfaction, and brand representation.Years Won: 2008, 2009, 2010
 
Holman Infiniti

Their commitment to customer satisfaction is demonstrated by the three top awards that they have won from Infiniti over the last 3 years.

The Infiniti Award of Excellence is the highest award presented by Infiniti Division to a dealer. This award recognizes a very select group of dealerships from across the nation that meets the highest standards of customer satisfaction and sales achievements. This award recognizes those dealerships that embody the philosophy and vision of Infiniti-that is, to provide our customers with a premiere and uncompromising ownership experience through every aspect of the dealership organization.Years Won: 2008, 2009, 2010
 
Holman Ford Lincoln

Since 1995, this dealership has won the top award for customer satisfaction from Ford every year except 3! That's 12 years out of 15. Since 1985 only 67 stores out of the over 5,000 Ford dealerships have more awards than Holman Ford Lincoln. This places Holman Ford Lincoln in the top 1% of all dealerships.

The President's award honors dealerships that have excelled in automotive retailing, by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Presented to only a limited few dealerships each year it is Ford's top award for delivering a superior customer experience in sales, service, and overall ownership.

Years Won: 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2010

The Chairman's Award winners are selected based on the results of surveys completed by a dealership's customers. The survey asks customers to rate the dealership's performance in the areas of sales and service. Winners are limited to a select few dealerships each year.

The Partner's in Quality Award is presented by Ford Motor Credit Corporation for outstanding achievement in customer satisfaction and financial services. The list of winning dealerships in the U.S. and Canada is less than one page long.

Audi Pembroke Pines

As a new point for Audi in 2009, this dealership is already setting winning standards in essentially the first year that they have been able to participate in Audi recognition programs.

Audi established the Magna Society Elite award to recognize U.S. dealerships that stand out as the best of the best. To qualify, dealerships can not just meet or exceed sales targets. They must also demonstrate they are maintaining a solid financial foundation, merit high customer satisfaction scores and show their facilities and staffs represent the progressive Audi Culture. Audi Pembroke Pines was one of only 8 winners nationally for this award.

Pompano Ford Lincoln

This dealership has been a regular winner of Ford Motor Company's top awards for customer satisfaction. From 1985 to 2009, they have earned the top award for customer satisfaction 11 times. Only 87 of the over 5,000 Ford or Lincoln Mercury dealerships nationwide have more awards. That's a performance in the top 2% in the Nation!

The President's award honors dealerships that have excelled in automotive retailing, by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Presented to only a limited few dealerships each year it is Ford's top award for delivering a superior customer experience in sales, service, and overall ownership.

Hollywood has won 10 top customer satisfaction awards since 1994. Staffed with a veteran team, they continue to deliver top customer satisfaction scores.

This franchise always is a top performer in service satisfaction. Their 24 month scores for overall service satisfaction and recommend the dealership for service are consistently in the top 10% in the Southern Region. With 5 top awards for customer satisfaction in recent years, this dealership ranks among the best in the country.

The franchise historically leads the Southern Region in customer satisfaction in both sales and service. Their commitment to customer satisfaction has earned them two recent awards.

The Service Satisfaction Gold Award is presented by Volvo in recognition of exceptional customer satisfaction achievement.

Holman Honda

Acquired in 2003, this dealership has embraced the Holman winning ways. Very few dealerships nationally can match the performance of this franchise.

The President's Award is the most prestigious and coveted award bestowed upon a Honda Automobile dealership. It recognizes those dealership teams who have demonstrated professionalism and an unwavering pursuit of excellence in all areas of operation?customer service, sales, training and facility operation. Only about 15% of Honda dealerships earn the award each year. Very few dealerships nationwide have earned it 4 years in a row.

The Council of Excellence status is an achievement shared only by an elite group of dealership teams. This highly-valued award status is based solely on results delivered by dealerships participating in Honda Financial Services' yearlong Council of Excellence recognition program. This award demonstrates the highest level of performance in financial services and customer satisfaction.

The Customer Service Experience Award reflects the dealership's dedication to delivering the highest level of service in the industry.

Lauderdale Imports, Ltd.

As a Rolls Royce and Bentley dealership, Lauderdale Imports strives to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Representing manufacturers that give out very few awards, the dealership has won when they have been issued.

For 2009 Bentley Ford Lauderdale was the top dealership in customer satisfaction. Our performance exceeded all the other 39 Bentley dealerships in the United States.

The Bentley Hall of Fame Award recognized unmatched excellence in customer satisfaction through superior service performance. The Award was only issued for two years. Lauderdale Imports won both times.

Years Won: 2000, 2001

In 2007 Richard Kovacs was recognized by Bentley as Sales Person of the year. One of only12 salespersons selected in North America, Richard excelled at sales and customer satisfaction.

 

Lauderdale BMW

With two locations, this franchise embraces customer satisfaction. They, too, have won the top honor from BMW.

The Center of Excellence Award is presented to a select few dealerships each year. Selection was based on the criteria of customer satisfaction, outstanding brand representation and operational excellence.

Lauderdale MINI

Their vehicles may be small, but the dealership has a big heart for customers. Representing a brand that gives out very few awards, they still have some to their credit.

The Gold Bulldog Award is presented by MINI for top performance in customer satisfaction.

Years Won: 2006

The MINI Motoring Cup is awarded to only the top dealer in the U.S. It requires that the center excel in sales and service customer satisfaction, and parts and accessories sales to earn this coveted Cup. This is the highest award given out by MINI.
