The Holman Guarantee

Holman Certified Pre-Owned 3 Day 300 Mile Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your pre-owned vehicle, you may bring it back for a full refund or exchange within 3 days or 300 miles, whichever comes first.

The three days start on the day following delivery (day one) and include the two following days. The three days include both weekends and week days. If the third day should be a holiday and the dealership is closed, the period will be extended until noon of the next day that the dealership is open.

The 300 miles will be based on the mileage at delivery, as noted on the odometer statement, and 300 additional miles from that mileage.

This Guarantee does not cover or apply to:

• Vehicles damaged by collision, fire, theft, vandalism, riot, explosion, or natural disaster.
• Vehicles with damage or breakdown due to vehicle/component abuse, misuse, or alterations.
• Vehicles in commercial use or out-of-state transactions including registration of vehicles out of state.

Returns will be inspected and are limited to one return per customer per vehicle purchase. In the event that customer elects to return the vehicle, Customer will receive a refund of the purchase price paid as described in the Buyer's Order.

If there was a trade-in in connection with Customer's purchase of the vehicle, the Customer agrees to receive the value of the trade-in equity in cash or a cash equivalent if their trade-in is no longer available for return, except as prohibited by applicable law. If payoff on trade was made, customer agrees to pay any trade inequity to Holman.
